Zjuul Devens (B), geboren als Joannes Jules M L Devens op 11 maart 1948 te Heerlen (NL), is beeldend kunstenaar, met een opleiding Fotografie en Film aan het Hoger Instituut Sint-Lukas te Brussel (1971). In 1997 behaalde hij de meestergraad Beeldende Kunst en Fotografie. Volgde beeldhouwen aan het DKO, Kunstacademie Noord Limburg.
Hij was lector audiovisuele communicatie en multimedia aan de Plantijn Hogeschool van de Provincie Antwerpen, departement communicatiebeheer.
Hij exposeert zowel in binnen- als buitenland, individueel en in groep. Dit gebeurt met foto-grafisch werk, video-installaties, diaprojecties, beeldhouwwerk.
Voor Child-Help fotografeert en filmt hij ook in Afrika. Ook werkt hij samen met en voor andere beeldend kunstenaars, dansers, muzikanten, theatermakers.
